Chinese Language & Literature Major

This major fosters specialists who will have a profound understanding of the humanities, solid knowledge of literary theory and systematic knowledge of Chinese language and literature. At the same time they will learn related secretarial knowledge, good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, and have had actual work abilities in organization, coordination, public relations and computer operation and so on. They will be qualified to be secretaries, public relations manager, publicity agents, and work as administrators in party & government organizations, social groups and enterprises & institutions. They will have learned and practiced their talents in the creation, comment, editing and will have had experience with news interviews and with other media and cultural sectors.
